God of all wisdom, your mind contains the breadth and depth of all human joys and sorrows:
We lift up before you all whose minds are clouded by dementia, together with those who love and care for them.
Sustain them with the remembrance of your infinite mercy, shine the clear light of your guidance on the obscurity of the path before them, and bind them together in the knowledge of your love, that they may walk in your presence in the land of the living.
This we ask in the holy Name of Jesus, the Rock of Ages. Amen.
